I have been associated with WNS since 2008 and each day has been a new learning. Each phase has built new confidence and helped me develop personally and professionally. WNS introduced me to CII certifications and allowed me to be a part of migrations, which helped me grow and deal with all aspects of the Insurance business. Each role, be it that of a handler, QA, Trainer or SME was an opportunity that enabled me to achieve my career aspirations.

I have been working with WNS since 2014 and over the years, my goals have been met one by one. WNS has always opened the doors for me to grow. I feel very grateful to be part of such an excellent company; every day I learn something new, which motivates me to continue performing my tasks with a big smile because I know that WNS values my work, and rewards me with the necessary tools for my personal and professional development.

As a mother of two boys, it has always been a challenge to strike a balance between home and work. And yet, I’ve been able to get through all the obstacles thanks to the constant support I receive from my family as well as the team I work with. WNS and its work environment has helped me realize the importance of been organized and prioritizing my tasks, and achieve that balance.
